Black Mug 15oz -  Army - 6th Battalion, 1st Infantry Regiment Branch - Always First - US Army

The 6th Battalion, 1st Infantry Regiment has a history rooted in the Philippine military, tracing its origins to the 6th Infantry Brigade (Provisional) of the 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army. Activated on March 7, 1973, it was tasked with controlling combat units in Central Mindanao and played a key role in the initial response to the secessionist uprising, according to the Philippine Army. The battalion was later reorganized and became the 1st Infantry Brigade, then the 12th Infantry Brigade (Separate), before being upgraded to the 6th Infantry (Kampilan) Division on November 19, 1987.
